Return and Refund Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the provisions of Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 (fourteen) calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to give any reason and without incurring any costs other than those specified below.

The withdrawal may apply to all or part of the order.

 

2. Notification of the Withdrawal

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify their decision to SAS PAPO – La Maison des Figurines by means of an unambiguous written statement before the expiry of the 14-day period:

3. Return of Products

From the notification of withdrawal, the customer has an additional 14 days to return the products to the following address:

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, in accordance with Article L.221-23 of the French Consumer Code.
The customer is responsible for the return shipment and must keep proof of dispatch (trackable shipment recommended).

The products must be returned:

  • in their complete original packaging,
  • in perfect resalable condition (unused, undamaged, unsoiled),
  • complete (including accessories and instructions),
  • properly protected for transport.

Any product that is incomplete, damaged, soiled, or in poor condition will not be refunded.

 

4. Defective Product or Order Error

If a product is defective upon delivery or if there is an error in the order (wrong item or missing quantity), the customer has 72 hours after receipt to inform customer service:

In such cases:

  • Return shipping costs will be covered by PAPO,
  • an exchange or refund will be offered,
  • no fees will be charged to the customer.

5. Refund

PAPO will process the refund of the returned product(s) within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of the goods or from the receipt of proof of dispatch provided by the customer.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original order, unless otherwise agreed.

The initial delivery fees will be refunded only in the case of a full return of the order and at the standard shipping rate.

 

6. Exclusions

No specific exclusions apply: all PAPO products are eligible for the right of withdrawal.
